What’s Included?

Our 6-month Career Academy for LGBTQIA+ employees provides a safe space for individuals to boost their careers through mentoring from established professionals.

This comprehensive program is more than mentoring. It also provides employees with personalised guidance to achieve career goals, a dedicated mentoring program coordinator, tailored individual development plans, career skills workshops, and access to globally recognised training.
